About This Project

“Slade Properties is a private development company based in East Devon, we set out to restore five barns in east Devon.

Smokeless Energy completed the main Electrical fixed wiring for all of the barns One of which we wanted to be constructed to a much higher level of efficiency and sustainability for the end buyer.

Dan and Chris came up with a design for underfloor heating, an Air source heat pump, LED lighting and Solar Pv.

They were also able to offer a whole house solution for the fixed wiring (electrics) and all of the general plumbing.

Having one company that can install of the technology that modern homes require makes the process a lot easier for the builder and end user.”
